We include recipes for main meals, but don’t be concerned if you lack some of the herbs and spices that the recipes suggest. If you prefer plainer cooking, that’s fine, but the essential ingredients, weights, volumes and portion sizes have been carefully calculated to keep the calories, carbohydrates, fats and proteins in balance with what you need to achieve your weight loss.
